Dark cherry, dried blueberry, black tea, and soft herb on the attack, then soft dried herbs, subtle nutty marzipan and subtle roasted tomato emerge. These are joined by a flinty dark minerality that seems to wrangle all of the flavors together at the center of your tongue.
